This workshop will include:
Demonstrations of the safe use of wall ropes
Yoga poses and movement practices using the wall ropes to deepen your yoga practice.
Use yoga wall ropes to:
Open and strengthen shoulders
Increase core strength
Assist inversions
Increase spinal backbends
Increase hip and spinal traction.
Register early - class is limited to 10 students.
