Come join me as I share with you some gentle somatic movements and therapeutic yoga to give you greater ease in the low back and strengthen the hips.
This workshop will give you tools to achieve:
Better posture
Spinal Alignment in standing and sitting poses
Ways to use your yoga practice to “weight bear” to prevent bone loss
Strengthen and Release the hips that weaken and get tight from sitting.
Relaxation and ways to reduce stress, pain and tension
This class will allow you to work within your capacity and be adapted for the needs of those who attend. Give yourself this time to focus on healing your body, mind and spirit.
