Who this Course is For
This course is required for 500-hour certification.
It is open to ALL teachers and teachers-in-training from all traditions.
Faculty
Linda Troutman has been training yoga teachers since 2000. She is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT 500, YACEP, and RCYT, among others. Linda is a senior faculty member of Prairie Yoga’s Teacher Training Programs.

Yoga Alliance fully accredits Prairie Yoga as a Registered Yoga School.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
This module is a comprehensive 50+ hour training that focuses on working with students with specific concerns.
• Therapeutic applications and adaptations to work with students who have spine, hip, and knee concerns.
• How to work with special populations such as athletes, students who are pregnant, seniors, and students with cancer to name a few.
• Skills to assess posture and build a sequence to work privately with students.
This class will enrich your skills to “see” your student so you can implement sequences and methods to support them where they are.
